We want your shopping experience at PMClothing & Boutique to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below are some of our most commonly asked questions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

1. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time your order is placed. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer. All orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within the U.S. International shipping times may vary depending on location and customs.

3. Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes! Tracking details will be sent to the email address you used at checkout once your order has shipped. Be sure to double-check your email before placing your order to ensure you receive updates.

4. Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds. A store credit in the amount paid will be issued to the customer via our PMC Gift Card for approved returns—no exceptions.

5. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, email us at info@pmclothingonline.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. What items are non-returnable?

All final sale items, bodysuits, accessories, and items marked "Sale Item" are not eligible for return.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international countries. However, we ask that before placing international orders, customers should email us at info@pmclothingonline.com so that we may be able to confirm that we do indeed ship to their country. Please note: customs fees, import taxes, and local duties are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

8. What if I entered the wrong email or shipping address?

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses or emails provided at checkout. Please double-check all information before submitting your order. However, please email us at info@pmclothingonline.com with your concern and a member of our team will try to help you resolve your issue to the best of our ability.

9. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@pmclothingonline.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.

10. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly. We are unable to cancel, change, or modify orders after submission. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
