PMClothing & Boutique – Return Policy

At PMClothing & Boutique, we take pride in curating high-quality pieces you'll love. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly offer store credit for eligible returns—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Merchandise must be free from stains, odors, makeup, and damage.

  • Final sale items, including clearance, bodysuits, and accessories, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [insert email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Store Credit Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be issued a store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card.

  • Store credits are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and accepted.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

 Although unlikely, If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds—only store credit is available for approved returns. No exceptions.

  • PMClothing & Boutique reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy guidelines.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please use the tracking information provided to contact the carrier for additional shipping questions after your order has shipped.
