At PMClothing & Boutique, we value each and every order and strive to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time:
All orders require up to 48 hours (2 business days) for processing before being shipped. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Current Delivery Options:
At this time we use USPS & UPS as our main delivery couriers. Customers also have the option of Curb- Side Belt Line Pick-Up, located here in the city of Atlanta, GA. Please see Belt Line Pick-Up instructions below.
1.Customer must place and complete their order online.
2. Select Curb- Side Belt Line Pick-Up at checkout .
3. Upon us receiving your order, a member of our team will contact you with further pick-up instructions.
4. Keep your order conformation number and government issued photo id handy, you'll need them both for pick-up.

Shipping Days:
Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If your order is placed on or just before a non-shipping day, it will be processed and sent out on the next designated shipping day.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days total from the time your order is placed for your items to be shipped and begin transit. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the carrier and delivery location.
Shipping Notifications:
Shipping confirmations and tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please double-check your email address before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for communication errors caused by incorrect or misspelled emails.
Delivery Address Accuracy:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. PMClothing & Boutique is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address entries at the time of checkout. We do not guarantee replacement or refund for errors caused by customer-provided information.
Carrier Delays:
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. PMClothing & Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
